Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Safebuy code of practice, purchases from Manna Gifts are eligible for a cooling off period and customers are entitled to cancel an order in writing from the date of placing an order and up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods.

Where the price has already been paid in respect of any order cancelled during the cooling off period, we will reimburse to you the full price of such cancelled order (excluding the cost of returning the goods) within 30 days, provided you are not deemed to be at fault if the goods are returned damaged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order. In the rare event that you are not, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to resolve the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale of Alcohol

Any gifts containing alcohol may not be sold to or purchased for anyone under the age of 18 or of legal age in the jurisdiction to which the gift will be shipped (whichever is the greater). By placing your order with us, you confirm that you are over 18 and that the intended recipient of your gift is at least 18 years of age and of legal age in their jurisdiction.
