Ordering Options

Ordering from Manna Gifts couldn't be easier!

You can choose between secure online ordering on our website, or ordering by phone.

To order by phone, simply call us on 0845 094 1552 (calls charged at local rates) between 9am and 6pm, Monday-Thursday or 9am to 4:30pm Fridays and we'll be happy to take your order or answer any questions you may have.

To save time when placing large orders for multiple recipients, you can also download and save our multiple order address sheet (.csv format), fill out your recipients' details and email them to us directly with your contact details. We will then contact you to confirm delivery times* and arrange payment.

We are pleased to accept payment by American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Solo and Maestro cards.

Free Gift Card & Message

You can choose to add a card with a personal message to your gift during the checkout process. There is no charge for this service. Simply select the type of card you prefer from the available options and enter your message as you would like it to appear in the card.

Delivery Options

For delivery to addresses on the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands), you can choose between next working day delivery (for orders placed before 1pm GMT) or delivery on a specified date, excluding weekends or public holidays*. If ordering online, please indicate your preferred date of delivery when prompted during the checkout process.

We are happy to arrange delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore UK and Europe (EU). Delivery times to these destinations are normally 3-5 working days.

VAT

All the prices displayed include UK VAT, where applicable (most food products are zero rated for VAT purposes). Please contact us should you require detailed a VAT receipt.

Local Currency Viewer

As a service for customers shopping from outside the UK, the Currency settings option allows you to view our prices in a selection of local currencies. The exchange rate used is based on the current mid-market exchange rate and is updated daily.
