You may have guessed that we love chocolate. In fact, the colour scheme for our site was based on the wonderfully vivid colours of ripening cocoa beans. In the line of duty we get to taste quite a lot of it (there certainly are perks to this job!), but finding good kosher chocolate is not easy. Max Brenner

Hauser of Belgium

Hauser of Belgium make fine Kosher l'Mehadrin chocolates and chocolate pralines to traditional recipes using kosher Belgian chocolate. We offer beautifully-presented golden ballotins of both their pareve and milk chocolate selections, making ideal gifts for anyone who keeps strictly to Cholov Yisroel.

Guylian's are probably best known for their creamy Belgian chocolate 'seashells', but also make a number of other styles of chocolate. We feature beautifully wrapped ballotins of their signature chocolate seashells, magnificent Opus praline selection, and Trufflina. A popular choice for lovers of milk chocolate.

Pacari

Pacari chocolates are the first organic, single-origin chocolate made entirely - from bean to bar - in Ecuador. Their chocolate has been acclaimed as one of the finest in the world and we have to agree that it is certainly the finest dark chocolate we have tasted. Their list of ingredients are astonishingly simple, and yet their low-temperature, small batch production methods give their chocolate  astonishingly complex and fruity flavours. We especially love their pairings of dark, raw organic chocolate with dried fruits.
