Delivery Information

FREE Mainland UK Delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas)

We offer FREE next working weekday delivery for gift orders placed before 1pm GMT - or free delivery on a later specified date - to most mainland UK addresses*. Working weekdays are Mondays-Fridays and exclude public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT on a Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday) and delivered on Tuesday*.

If you request that your gift be delivered on a specific date, it will be dispatched by courier on the previous working day*.

Please note that this delivery option does not enable us to specify a preferred delivery time. Should you wish to ensure that your order is delivered in the morning, please see our 'Next Morning Delivery' option below.  

*Important Note: Christmas Period (December 6th - January 5th)

While we will continue to dispatch gifts via the Fedex next working day service during the Christmas period, due to the increased volume of deliveries during this time and the possibility of severe weather, some deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. We do advise that you take this possibility into consideration when placing your order and specifying your preferred delivery date. Fedex delivery times to European and offshore UK destinations may also experience delays for these reasons. 

You will be able to track the location and delivery status of your orders via the Fedex parcel tracking service. A link to this service, along with your order tracking number, will be included in the email notification you receive when your gift is dispatched. 

We recommend that your place your orders by the following dates to ensure delivery in time for Christmas:

- EU and offshore UK addresses: By 1pm GMT on December 10th, 2011.

- UK mainland addresses: By 1pm GMT on December 16th, 2011.

While we will continue to dispatch orders after these recommended dates, due to the reasons outlined above, there is an increased chance that orders dispatched after these dates may not be delivered in time for Christmas, especially in cases of severe weather.

Please note that in order to best ensure delivery before Christmas, the last day for dispatch of mainland UK orders before Christmas will be December 20th for delivery from December 21st. This may mean that items requested for delivery from December 22nd - 24th arrive earlier than expected.  

Morning Delivery (Mainland UK only, excluding Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas)

For an additional charge, you can request that your order be delivered before 12pm GMT on your chosen delivery date. Orders must be received by 1pm GMT weekdays for next working day delivery. Simply select the 'Morning Delivery' option during the checkout process. 

Winter Deliveries on Jewish Holiday Evenings & Fridays 

During the winter months, we cannot guarantee that our couriers, Fedex, will complete all deliveries before the start of the Shabbat on Friday evenings or the eve of Jewish Holidays. We therefore strongly recommend that you choose our 'Morning Delivery' option for deliveries scheduled on these dates.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK & Europe (EU)

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe (EU) are available at an additional charge. You can use the Delivery Cost Calculator in your shopping cart to calculate the delivery charges applicable to your chosen delivery destination.

Please allow 3-5 working days for deliveries to remote areas or outside the UK mainland*. 

Delivery Outside the EU

Unfortunately we are not currently able to arrange delivery of gifts outside the EU.

Delivery Policy

Our couriers will require a signature for all parcels, so please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order. Should no one be available to accept delivery, the courier will post a card through the letterbox advising that a delivery has been attempted. The card will include the contact details of the local Fedex depot and a request that the recipient contact them to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time. 

Should you wish to provide alternative instructions to the courier (such as to deliver to a specific neighbour, or to leave the package in a specific place), you can do so during checkout. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the safe delivery of packages delivered or left according to these alternative instructions. Please also note that couriers are not equipped to call recipients ahead of delivery.

Please ensure that the correct address is provided for the recipient, including the full postal code and a telephone number, if possible. On the rare occasion that a  parcel is returned to Head Office as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge a courier return fee.

Your dispatch confirmation email will include a link to the Fedex UK or Fedex International tracking service and the package consignment number. This will allow you to track the progress of your order from when it leaves us until successful delivery. 

Bulk Orders

For next day delivery of 5-10 items, please place your order by 12pm GMT. For over 10 items, please call us for an estimated delivery time.

Should you wish to order a number of gifts for delivery to different addresses, you can download our multiple order address spreadsheet and email it to us directly with your contact details. We will then contact you to confirm delivery times and arrange payment.

Non-Gift Orders 

Orders for non-gift items, such as greeting cards, are dispatched by regular mail (Royal Mail First Class or Airmail). Delivery times for these items are based on the Royal Mail's expected delivery times & targets for UK First Class (1-2 days) and European Airmail services (4+ days).
